Operations Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation departments.
- Coordinate technician schedules and workloads.
- Monitor job progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
- Maintain communication between office staff, technicians, suppliers, and customers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor technicians and office personnel.
- Conduct regular team meetings.

- Monitor vehicle inventory and warehouse stock.
- Coordinate ordering of materials and equipment.
- Ensure technicians have the tools needed to perform efficiently.
- Develop and improve company systems and procedures.
- Maintain ServiceTitan workflows and operational processes.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Maintain licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
